Most Food Science/R&D projects take at least 10 to 30 hours, however I understand that some clients may only require a few hours of work.
For projects that require 10 hours or less of work, I offer consulting by the hour. These hours can be bought individually for $250 and paid for by credit card. There is no long term commitment or contract associated with this hourly rate.

Hourly consulting does not include bench top, R&D work or laboratory analysis
