    Rachel is fantastic. Her book, “THE FOOD BUSINESS TOOL KIT FOR ENTREPRENEURS” is really practical, well written, and contains very useful links to other helpful resources. And, the hour she spent talking though my idea was amazing and saved me a huge amount of time!

It is an easy read and is applicable to the actual processes of food science and food making industry.     Rachel’s guide is all you need prior to starting product development and to develop your development strategy (or run a reality check if your product is worth pursuing further). What we loved most was the 1hr consulting session with Rachel – she is so knowledgable and helped us answer all our critical questions. She also referred us to some other contacts in the industry (e.g. label review) and advised on equipment worth investing in.
